A couple of days ago i took a trip to London for some quality time with myself and just browsed around the shops staring at all the things i can't afford because i'm a poor student.

Whilst in H&M i snuck a mirror selfie and uploaded it to Instagram & a lot of you seemed to love my outfit.

So i put together as close to what i was wearing as i could get.. so you could replicate this look for yourself. The shoes and coat are the exact items i am wearing in the photo, however the others are just 'similar items'. Click on the images below and it will take you directly to the item on the website.

I hope you like this idea. I definitely want to incorporate more fashion into my social media platforms and get back to blogging frequently. I thought i'd chat to you guys a little bit about how i felt about my first year at uni. I definitely didn't have the standard 1st year as a 'fresher' and in the video i explain a little bit why. I hope you enjoyed the video, i really loved talking about my experience and letting you guys know my true thoughts on uni and the fact that not everyone enjoys it and has a great time. Uni is definitely very over hyped, in my opinion.

OMGTEA Organic Matcha Green Tea Banana, Mango & Blueberry Smoothie:

What you will need:

- 3 or 4 Tbsp of Natural Yoghurt

- Handful of frozen mango

- Handful of frozen blueberries

- 2 Tsp of honey

- 2 Tsp of OMGTEA Matcha Green Tea

- 1 Banana

This is the second recipe that I created using the OMGTEA Matcha Green Tea. It is a smoothie and is by far my favourite out of the 2. I always have smoothies for breakfast or when I want a snack throughout the day. If you don’t like the taste of the green tea then this is a good one to do as you can’t taste it as much but still obviously get all the benefits.

OMGTEA Organic Matcha Green Tea Latte: What you will need: - - OMGTEA Matcha Green Tea (1 Tsp) - - Milk ( As...

OMGTEA Organic Matcha Green Tea Latte:

What you will need:

- - OMGTEA Matcha Green Tea (1 Tsp)

- - Milk ( As much as you need to fill the mug you want to use)

- - Honey (1 Tsp)

- - Water ( Small amount to turn the matcha into a paste)

- - Bamboo whisk

- If you want to tone down the taste of the matcha green tea then add some cinnamon or even some sugar / flavored syrup if you need to make it sweeter.

11. Add hot water to the tsp of matcha powder to turn it into a paste and add honey

22. Heat up the milk and use the bamboo whisk to create a froth

33. Put the matcha mixture into the cup and follow that with the milk and stir together

44. If you want to add a syrup or cinnamon, then add that to the matcha mixture at the beginning.

If you have seen my review on the OMGTEA matcha green tea you would know that I was sent this product to try out by them. I have never used a product like this before but I have heard a lot about it from other youtubers and bloggers who include it in smoothies and baking recipes. I see it posted a lot on Instagram also because yano.. it looks pretty in pictures because it’s green;)

This latte was so so nice; I’m obsessed with lattes anyway but this was different from a standard coffee. Nice to try something different and I definitely want to try it with cinnamon and / even a syrup. You can also try this recipe cold and add ice to make an iced latte, that is v good too, especially in the hot weather we’ve KIND OF had.. emphasis on kind of..

So I’m sure a lot of you have seen my content related to the OMGTea (Organic Matcha Green Tea). I thought I would give you an overall round up of thoughts on the product so that you can decide whether you’d like to incorporate it into your diet or not..

When I saw the benefits that this product claimed I was definitely interested as it was something that appealed to myself and the way I want to look after my body via food. I couldn’t quite believe that this product could benefit me in so many different ways. I’d be lying if I said it did because I have only been using it for 2 weeks so obviously I wouldn’t know if there was a different being made yet or not.

I didn’t realize how many ways you could incorporate this product into your diet, not only via drinks but you can also bake with it and that’s definitely something I want to try in the future. There’s these Green Tea chocolate coconut honey yummy ball things that I really need to try.. mmmmmmmm.

If I’m honest, I struggle to drink plain green tea without honey or lemon so I knew that was going to be a bit of an issue. HOWEVER (there is a however).. I managed to create recipes or find recipes and tweak them a little to make sure that I didn’t taste the green tea as much but obviously it was still in there so I would still be getting the benefits. My favourite was the smoothie I made which you can find here & also the video on my channel here.

After using it for a few weeks now I have definitely noticed that I feel much better after drinking something that contains the Matcha Tea compared to when I drink just regular tea which can make me feel tired.
